Negotiating with the islamic regime has always been a sham. They have never lived up to an agreement and use negotiation as a time buyer.. every time. Unless the populace can be enabled and motivated to crush the regime once and for all, someone else outside will have to do it. They are motivated by their prophecy.. The 12th Imam hanging out in a cave somewhere for eons waiting to come forth and bring peace and world domination forth where we all are either dead or muslim.
