Wow…. I think Kelly knew exactly what he was saying in that video which was carefully written. However, as a retired Naval Officer, he should have known better. Maybe he was arrogant enough to think that DoW wouldn’t do anything. It is one thing to say it in private, but another to put it on a video that is clearly has a political purpose behind it.
