I don’t understand exactly how he is able to do much of anything.  I don’t follow this silly war very closely, but it’s my understanding he is basically fighting Ukrainian girls using old men and Cub Scouts.  Is he pawning old guitars to pay for it?  How can he keep replenishing his weapons?  We have been fighting a very limited war ourselves for six months and I’m told our weapons stockpiles are depleted.  Our coffers definitely are.  Putin is fighting on a much larger scale for far longer.  We have been bankrolling his opposition.  The result is another stalemate and NATO hasn’t lifted a finger to do much of anything except to open our wallets.  Now we get more reports that he is somehow going to expand the war using…wait for it…WMD.
