This unique admission-free event has welcomed the Southern California community, our public officials, and the media since our first event at the Santa Monica Airport in 1993, … growing to become the nation’s premier admission-free, helicopter-only aviation experience. Support from the rotary-wing aviation community has been crucial over the years to sustain this admission-free educational experience and we invite your organization to come aboard and meet the diverse organizations and talented pilots associated with law enforcement, homeland security, Fire / EMS / ENG and Search & Rescue … while educating the community about the diverse capabilities , dynamic careers and relentless service that rotary-wing aviation delivers to our community every day.    Additional event details are attached for your review.  

 

While traditional aviation events entertain with colored smoke and jet pilots with the ‘right stuff’, the HEROES Air Show introduces the community to pilots with the ‘real stuff’ ... the crews who fly helo missions every day to save lives, suppress fires, provide homeland security, and protect our environment           they entertain... we educate …
