Short version, the old SH-60B tail bird from HSL-48 is being moved from Pensacola to our museum here in Titusville.  At least that is what I am told.  As a former LAMPS guy, I more or less put myself in charge of the exhibit when it gets here.  We are flying in a COD in late July top add to the collection and expect the Seahawk around the same time.  The museum flew in a Sea Dragon about a year or so ago that now sits next to where the Seahawk will go.

I’m hoping to get HSM 48 to maybe fly down to Titusville for a photo op with the Romeo tail bird and a static display as a sort of grand opening.  I have no idea about interest or availability from the squadron, but the museum has a lot of interest.  I would also like to get NHAHS involved in some way.  If anybody has a POC, I would be very grateful.  The timeline is roughly late summer, any day the squadron is available.  Everything is flexible.
