Gee, it was only about 1978 that we were building the test range capability to host the Air Launched Cruise Missile  Fly off with the Convair(GD) Tomahawk and Boeing  AGM-86., and later the Ground Launched Tomahawk.  Still a weapon of choice almost 50 years later using  non-nuke munition!!  That small turbine engine is a real marvel!  But the compact navigation package is the real winner,  now calculations can be done in  miniature electronic chips in small flying machines.!!
