Yes, and to say it out loud reveals a stunning lack of self awareness.

Cleaning house... that rings a bell.  When I went to ASO school I was taught that a clean shop is a safe shop.  I am not there to look around, but I'm afraid that the problem is not as "superficial" as running rust.

There is an inviolable principle in human behavior.  You get more of the performance you reward.

Not just at NAVSEA.

It blows my mind that when the man in charge of fixing the problem says we know about it but chose not to do anything!!!  Excuse me. Over time, rust weakens metal. Weaker steel puts our sailors at risk.

 

Again, another reason to clean house at NavSea…..
