I don't believe I have heard of this event until now! It sounds Delicious ! 

I am not sure if you are aware of the car club council and how it can help you tremendously ! 

The car club council assists our local car show organizers, organizations and car clubs in putting together  fun, exciting and successful automotive related events. 

I see you are looking for some vehicles to display for your pancake breakfast! I would highly recommend Considering being a member of the car club council  as membership only starts at $30 per year and they can assist in getting vehicles, maximizing attendance AND obtaining the correct insurance policy.. as you know these cars can be very valuable (Maybe even more valuable than some people - ha ha) Regardless being responsible for both is a heavy load and we can help obtaining what may be needed in that regard 

We have a helpful calendar in seeing which events are on what days to avoid conflict and I am Happy to help you navigate the site/council in an effort to help you maximize attendance!
