Well the car show was called the Burger Run and always in January each year and held at the Pepper Tree Frosty on South Santa Fe in Vista, CA (Northern San Diego County). In January 2016, Cathy and I went in my '38 Willys Pickup and we followed my late friend, Woody Downing in his '42 Ford Convertible. After we parked, the owner then of the sedan arrived, while we were walking the show, and parked. If you look at the picture of my sedan, three cars up is Woody's '42 Ford Ragtop and you can see the front patina of my '38 Willys Pickup next to Woody. I spent time taking detailed pictures of the sedan since I liked it from the first time I saw it and I am pretty sure I talked with the owner. Oceanside Cruisers Car Club just had the most recent Burger Run on January 10, 2026 at the Peper Tree Frosty.
