After replacing the water pump I discovered my old lower hose had a small leak, hate it. Was leery of replacing the hose initially because Gates products are now made in China and Mexico [like everything else]. So, went out and bought the new Gates hose, rrrggg. Drained the new coolant and distilled water from the radiator [carpeted garage floor] without making a mess. Shortened and replaced the lower hose. Refilled at the tank mounted on the firewall without spillage, slow process. Cleaned the chromed front suspension which REALLY makes the car go a lot faster, the air just floats over that shinny stuff, cutting the et by at least 3 seconds in the quarter mile.

Tomorrow I'll park on the hill facing upwards around the corner to bleed it/purge it.
